Apartment 5 is a ground floor apartment with the fabulous views to south and west and big glass doors opening to a good sized terrace, partly under cover and with sun loungers, an electric barbecue and table and chairs.
The bright open plan living space has sofas on which to relax and watch the TV, use the PlayStation or watch DVDs.
There is a double sofa bed. To the rear are the en suite bedrooms, comfortable and quiet.
With the beach so handy, for which wind breaks and a selection of some beach toys are provided, with the leisure centre and restaurant/bar to enjoy, this is an ideal coastal holiday location. This apartment is a short walk from parking (two cars) and about 12 steps down to the lift.

Apartment 5 is a stunning ground floor beachside apartment situated 20 yards from the lovely sandy beach in the Devon coastal village of Bigbury-on-Sea. The apartment sleeps six people in two en-suite bedrooms, a double and a twin, and on a new king size sofa bed in the living area. On the same level is an open-plan living space with fantastic sea views, seating area, dining area, kitchen and glazed doors to a terrace with furniture and electric barbecue. Within the same building are shared leisure facilities, an indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym, all free of charge, and a smart bar/restaurant. Outside is off-road parking in a reserved parking space for one car or two cars nose to tail. Positioned beside a beach and with amazing views of the sea and Burgh Island, Apartment 5 is a special place for a Devon break. Note: The Club Restaurant, newly renamed The Deck at the Causeway is open from 10 am daily and offers a selection of hot and cold food and a wide selection of beverages - booking is advisable for the restaurant during high season and weekends.
Note: The Leisure Club includes the indoor swimming pool and gym and is also open daily from 10 am, booking is not required - please check The Club's closing time as this may vary depending on the time of year. Note: Although there is a lift to this ground floor apartment, there are approximately 12 steps down from the car park to the front door.
Note: The Deck is open from 10 am daily and offers a selection of hot and cold food and a wide selection of beverages. Booking is advisable for the restaurant during high season and weekends.

Excellent apartment in fabulous location. The property was comfortable and was very well equipped. Bonus of Smart tv, although we were fortunate that it wasn't needed as the week was glorious, wall to wall sunshine. Owner and housekeeper were very friendly and all communications were good. Doggies were welcomed too. Would not hesitate to return.

Another fantastic week in our special place, weather came good with 5 days of glorious sunshine, fantastic food and wine in the terrace bar, simply the best patio view in all of Devon.

We had a great time.Views are wonderful.Apartment en suites modern and great but rest a bit sad and in need of a good scrub.Bedrooms had a bit of a musty smell and outdoor space had not been sorted so cushions etc we needed from shed cobwebby and glass panels looking out to see covered in bird droppings.That said we had a great break and would return but perhaps to a different apartment.
