Walk through the traditional farm door and take a step back a few decades as it reveals a farmhouse-style kitchen with red tiled flooring and an antique open fire.
The open plan living kitchen area is complete with dining furniture, comfortable seating in front of the fire and TV, and a well-equipped kitchen finished with traditional wooden cupboards and furnishings.
The homely double bedroom continues the romantic, rustic feel with charming bed linen, stunning pictures on the walls and a big comfortable bed, it also comes with an en-suite bathroom.
This cottage is surrounded by beautiful green scenery as far as the eye can see and guests have access to walking on parts of the Beltrim Estate on which the cottage is situated.
For those who enjoy fishing the nearby river offers salmon and trout fishing with licences available from the owner.

Mr McGregor's cottage is a detached, traditional bungalow 0.5 miles from Gortin in Northern Ireland. It has one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, it can sleep two people. It has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a cosy open fire. To the front of the property there is ample off road parking and to the rear there is a gravelled area. A delightful bungalow in a secluded, tranquil location, with plenty of places to visit in the area, including delightful towns and villages.
Note: No infants.

A cosy and comfortable little cottage with character. It was peaceful and well equipped. However, we would have liked a small coffee table (but that’s nitpicking). The cottage was very clean and extremely well presented. Would recommend for a couple’s hideaway.

We had a really relaxed and comfortable week in the cottage. Everything we needed was provided and the location, if you want to be right away from it all, was ideal. Some of the facilities such as the kitchen could do with being updated as they were rather tired but this didn't detract from our trip.
