Really enjoyed our stay in Barn Owl cottage. Very spacious , loved the open plan living space. Very comfy sofas. Could start some beautiful walk’s right from the doorstep. Pateley bridge only a miles walk away, very handy. A good base for all the Dales has to offer.

We had a lovely stay at Barn Owl Cottage. Very comfortable, clean and warm. We enjoyed lovely walks along the riverside into Pateley Bridge with Remy the mad sprocker spaniel. Great pubs, cafes and shops. We will definitely be back. One of the best cottages we have stayed in.

I enjoyed a great week in the cottage had everything it promised and was far more spacious than I thought. Bar 2 days my car didn’t move as easily able to walk with my dog straight from the door and would definitely use again if in the area
