Number 4 is a semi-detached barn conversion on a farm a mile from Biggin in Derbyshire. The cottage has two king-size doubles, which can be offered as twins if required, there is a ground floor bathroom, the property can sleep two people. Inside it also has an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off-road parking and a shared lawned garden with picnic tables and a duck pond. Number 4 makes an ideal base for enjoying the Peaks, from Buxton to Bakewell, Chatsworth to Alton Towers.

We really enjoyed staying in this spacious property. It was clean, well equipped and warm. It is very well located and even though it is set back from a main road we weren't bothered by any traffic noise.
We thoroughly recommend this as a base to stay for the Peak District.

The cottage was an absolute joy to stay in, the cottage itself was spotless, it had all the amenities you could want, the bedrooms were super spacious, and the beds were sooooo comfortable. And not to forget the welcome basket, which was a really nice touch.
Also got to see the friendly Peacock every day.

My wife & I had a lovely stay at the cottage, it was very spacious and very clean, the owner got us some milk & biscuits in for our arrival.
The property is close to most places of interest in: Chatsworth house, Matlock and many more.
