Set majestically above the harbour at Mevagissey with spectacular far reaching sea views this contemporary house set over three floors offers spacious accommodation and is ideal for large families.
With an impressive large terrace making the most of the splendid vista this wonderful holiday home has been designed with your comfort and relaxation to the fore.
After parking directly outside you enter the Pink house onto the second floor where two of the bedrooms, a single and a double with a private balcony are located.
On the first floor you will find the remaining three bedrooms, another single, a twin and a double with en suite facilities.
There are two additional bathrooms both with a bath and shower, one situated on each of these floors.
The ground floor houses the well designed open plan living room with a comfortable sitting area, a well equipped kitchen and a dining area with direct access out onto the balcony.
It is outside though, weather permitting, where you will find yourselves spending so much time, relaxing, sunbathing and maybe dining al fresco making the most of the memorable views.
A pleasant walk will take you down the hill to Mevagissey where an excellent choice of restaurants and historic old pubs offer a wide choice of food to suit all tastes.

Pink House is a spectacular house set in the town of Mevagissey in Cornwall. The house can sleep eight people in five bedrooms which are made up of two singles, a twin, a double with a balcony and a double with an en-suite shower room as well as two separate bathrooms. The rest of the house is made up of an open plan living area with dining and sitting areas and kitchen. To the outside is off road parking for two cars and a large terrace with furniture. Set in a wonderful situation, Pink House can be enjoyed at any time of the year.

We loved everything about Pink House.
Amazing views
Beautifully maintained
Almost fully equipped - only 1 thing the would've made it more wonderful would be a microwave but that's the one and only thing I would mention.
Everything else was just great

We loved the property. Amazing views. Our stay was very comfiortable, lots of space. Ideal. Home for teenagers and 80 year olds. A microwave would have been useful. Also some hand soap. Little boggles. We had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful holiday home. Everything you could need contained here. Beautiful views of the harbour from the outside decking area. Well worth the money paid.
Only downside was the weather, couldn't enjoy outside as much because of this.
Steep walk down into the harbour, not for the elderly or faint hea...
