The five bedrooms in the main house are made up of a king-size with an en-suite, two further king-size rooms, a double and a twin, there is also a shower room and a cloakroom, the property is able to sleep ten guests, whereas the annexe sleeps up to three people in both a king-size bed and a sofa bed. The main house's interior also comes with a kitchen, a utility, a dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove, and the annexe offers a shower room and an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. We had a lovely time with our children, partners and grand children. The ducklings were an added bonus and provided hours of entertainment.
The garden was completely enclosed and separate from the pond so perfect for small children. The property itself was unique, spacious and comfortable and ideal for a large group.

Amazing place to stay. We went to celebrate a birthday and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. The house was fully equipped for a 12 people. The owners were very accommodating and met us promptly to give us a tour. Would stay again.

Perfect site set next to a large pond full of fish- and ducklings!. Property was clean, comfortable and ideal for all of us. Very quiet and at night you could see all the stars (and meteors), sitting outside by the lakeside. Lovely location from which to explore that part of Kent and Sussex. 7 perfect days of sun helped (with fans in the bedroom for comfort at night). Definitely recommended
