Perfect place to stay - good location within easy reach of sights and a large supermarket. Very well equipped - no problem catering for, in our case, 9 people. Comfortable, clean and warm. Useful parking.
Matt the owner is easily contactable and helpful.
Can’t fault it - just trying to find another group of friends to go there with.

Returning guests, group of friends.
Lovely house in every way. Top location, easy walking distance to everything in Bath, everything was spotless and worked as it should. The TV in the lounge needs replacing, the sound is poor, apart from that I cannot think of any negatives at all.

Great location with off road parking as described . Easy walk in to the centre of Bath, and to The Royal Crescent and The Circus.
The house was clean with enough crockery, cutlery, towels and plenty of seating for us all to eat together and sit together in the lounge too. The beds were comfortable.
