The Dunes is a three floored, modern terraced cottage ideal for one large extended family or two families sharing a holiday.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and one on the second floor with the first floor in between, being the living area, so plenty of privacy is assured.
The Dunes offers fantastic value for money with a great location and is extremely well equipped and comfortable. Due to its central location, The Dunes will appeal to those who like to be within a close walking distance from Crantock village’s facilities, as well as being just a short drive from all of Cornwall’s sporting, leisure and other attractions.
Crantock beach is also just a five minute walk from the cottage, making it an excellent spot for surfers and beach lovers.

Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer, under-counter fridge and separate freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven. TV, DVD, WiFi. Included in the rental price is bed linen for each bed that has been booked and a shower mat for each shower or bath, each guest is also provided with a bath and hand towel - Guests must provide their own beach towels. One well behaved pet welcome. Shop and pub 5 minutes walk. Fuel and Power inc in the rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Patio garden at the rear, on two levels with steps between levels with table, chairs and BBQ, a garden shed for storing wet-suits and beach gear. Sorry, no smoking. Permit parking for 1 car in a village hall car park, one permit is provided available all year round. Note: Check in is from 4pm. Note: There is a £40 charge per pet. Note: Sorry, no hen, stag parties or similar. Note: The property is not to be booked for accommodation for work/business in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Dunes. We couldn’t fault anything with the property or the facilities. Unloading and loading the car was easy around the back of the property. Location being central to the village made it easy to go for food and drink. Brilliant week and hopefully we’ll be back one day

Fabulous stay. Ideal location for the walk to Crantock beach and straight across from the village shop. Enclosed garden ideal if you have a dog.
Everything you need to cater for yourselves. The outdoor shower is perfect for wetsuits and sandy dogs/shoes.

We had a wonderful weeks stay in this lovely property. Everything we needed super clean too. The location was amazing 10 minute walk to the beach less than a 5 minute walk to both pubs. A shop seconds away. Just a fantastic place to stay the village was just so pretty a visit to the church is recommended so beautiful. We will definitely come back xx
