We had a wonderful stay. The cottage is beautifully kept and had everything that we needed. Stonehaven is a lovely little town with shops, cafes, a coop supermarket, 2 pharmacies and had enough ice cream and fish and chips to keep everyone happy. Would definitely stay again.

I found the cottage very comfortable and warm. Lovely quiet spot and right beside the woods. Able to walk to Dunnoter Castle and into Stonehaven without taking the car. Lovely walks from the door.
I was disappointed that the gas fire in the living room was not working as this would have brightened up the large lounge in the evening.
Otherwise it was just perfect. Hope to return at some point.

In the living room the lightbulb hanging from the ceiling, flickers. It basically couldn’t use that light.
There just wasn’t enough light in that room to read a book.
Otherwise, it was good.
