This cosy ground floor studio apartment is located in the village of Llanfair, in the heart of Snowdonia National Park.
Situated next to the owners own home in a quiet cul de sac situation.
Perfect for a couple or individuals, guests can enjoy a peaceful stay.
Upon entering you will be welcomed by the heart-warming open plan sitting area, home to a comfortable sofa and a beautiful double bed that promises a wonderful nights sleep.
Tucked away behind a privacy curtain in the corner of the room lies a shower.
Located at the rear of the apartment, the kitchen has all of the necessary essentials during your stay.
A small cloakroom with a toilet and basin completes the accommodation.
Outside, a rooftop terrace can be accessed by twelve steps.
Here you can sit back and enjoy the sunset and surrounding countryside and sea views.
Close to the beach and nestling between the foothills of the Rhinog mountains this traditional village is an ideal base for scenic walks in the surrounding countryside.

Very nice cosy place with everything we needed.
Very peaceful and comfortable bed.
The owners were really friendly and right on hand next door if needed.
The roof terrace is lovely to relax on after a day out, lovely views.
This is the 2nd visit here for us.

We had a lovely time in the property nice and clean just the right space for two people to use as a Base to explore West Wales the only thing that would be great in the kitchen area would be a air fryer as no oven luckily we brought our air fryer with us

The studio is basic but comfortable and had everything that we needed for the week that we spent there. The owner is friendly and welcoming. The week we were there was very wet, but we still got out and about to visit the Llanfair Slate Caverns, Harlech Castle, Barmouth, etc. We also had some lovely long walks and bike rides.
