Welymora is a beautiful contemporary town house with fantastic sea and coastal views from your very own glass fronted balcony, and occupies an enviable beach front in Pwllheli, North Wales.
Families and friends will find this the perfect spot to stay for a fun-packed holiday by the sea. Arranged over three floors with unconventional upside down accommodation, allowing you to take full advantage of the fantastic sea views, this lovely townhouse is tastefully decorated with modern styling and contemporary features and attributes.
On the ground floor you'll find two bedrooms, a double and a single, both with patio doors opening out to the landscaped, gravelled front courtyard garden, together with a well appointed shower room.
On the first floor is the family bathroom with double ended bath, and two further bedrooms, another double and the spacious master bedroom boasting a super kingsize bed, wonderful sea views, a juliet balcony and en-suite shower room.
The living space, arranged over the entire second floor is open plan and well thought out space with a modern and up to date fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, a dining area with extending table and a comfy seating area with patio doors opening out onto the stunning glass fronted balcony with fantastic sea views as far as the eye can see. Pwllheli is one of North Wales' most popular seaside resorts.
It has numerous walks, beaches and for golf lovers the Pwllheli golf course is just down the road, as well as offering a good range of shops, pubs and eating establishments and a sizeable marina.
The area is well-known for good watersports, here and the popular village of Abersoch and Criccieth are both withing easy reach.
Snowdonia is also within driving distance, as is the Isle of Anglesey with an endless amount of things to do. There is something for everyone here and Welymora provides a great base from which to enjoy it all from.

Welymora is a contemporary town house in the town of Pwllheli in North Wales. The house can sleep seven people in four bedrooms which are made up of a first floor super king-size with an en-suite shower room, a first floor double and a ground floor double as well as a ground floor single as well as a first floor bathroom and a ground floor shower room. The rest of the house is made up of a second floor open plan living accommodation with kitchen area, dining area and sitting area with patio doors to glass fronted balcony. Set in a wonderful location, Welymora is a great place to enjoy at any time of the year.

The weather helps , so a really enjoyable short stay ,Pwllheli is pleasant town and well placed to visit Portmeirion and other attractions. Ev charging can be a little hit and miss, there are four in the local sports centre, 7kw only but they work .

It's a lovely holiday house with great sea views in all weathers. It's a windy part of Wales it the scenery is amazing. The house felt like home and was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. Was sad to leave Welymora, as was the relaxing break I and my friends needed.

Lovely property, very homely and luxurious. Views from the balcony and main bedroom were amazing. I would highly recommend this property for the high standards and location to all amenities and especially the beach. This is somewhere we would definatley love to stay again and recommend to family and friends. Thankyou so much
