Cottage was spacious, clean and set in an ideal position for us. A good central base to visit lots of places. Supermarket only a 5 minute drive away.
The owners of the cottage were very nice, not interfering with our visit at all but available and helpful if needed. The cottage was maintained to a very high standard.

Little Waycroft is a little paradise! We could have spent all week just staring at the Devon countryside from the patio decking. Instead we used it as an excellent base to explore the area which has so much to offer, from beaches and castles to stunning views and restaurants.
Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, and we’ll be back.

Best Sykes property we have stayed in. Lovely spacious 1 bedroom villa with lovely views from the terrace. We found it clean and beautifully designed for maximum comfort. Lots of extras in the kitchen. Lovely owners who were at hand if needed for local knowledge. Its location meant we could use the trains to explore this beautiful part of Devon.
