Great position, good size flat for the 3 of us. Good hygiene facilities and a separate utility room was a real bonus. The fixed heater in the main room does not work and one of us found the portable plug in heater was insufficient for them (they are the oldest and thinnest of the 3) but was fine for the other two. I would stay here again.

The property is in an excellent position, was very comfortable and quiet and good value for money. We would definitely return. However, Sykes Cottages customer services leaves a lot to be desired. The week before our holiday, I tried contacting them by phone two days running, waiting for 25 minutes before asking for call-back without any success.

We have just come back from a wonderful week at Quayside Lookout. Wonderful location and a beautiful apartment which was well equipped and spacious. Great communication from the owners prior to us arriving. Could not fault this place and we will definitely be back!
