Bayview is a beautifully presented three‑bedroom holiday cottage in Tregurrian, just a ten‑minute stroll from the golden sands of Watergate Bay, one of Cornwall’s most iconic surfing beaches.
With sea views, modern comfort and a prime coastal location close to Newquay and Padstow, it’s the perfect base for families, couples and friends. The open‑plan living area features a cosy sitting space with Smart TV, Blu‑ray DVD and an electric fire, alongside a bright dining area ideal for relaxed meals.
A well‑equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Doors open to a private patio garden — a sunny spot for morning coffee, evening drinks or drying off surf gear after a day on the beach. Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms: a king‑size double with TV, a flexible twin/super‑king with TV and en‑suite WC, and a bunk room ideal for children.
Two bedrooms enjoy lovely sea views.
A modern family bathroom with a bath and shower completes the layout. Practical amenities include WiFi, electric central heating, bed linen and towels, a cot and highchair on request, and off‑road parking for one car. Two well‑behaved dogs are welcome, and the cottage is strictly non‑smoking.
The beach and seasonal bar are only 0.5 miles away. Bayview’s location offers quick access to Watergate Bay’s surf school, beach cafés, Wax Watergate Bay restaurant and scenic cliff‑top walks.

Perfectly located for a family holiday on the coast, this terraced cottage is within the golden sands and beautiful ocean at Watergate Bay, just a 10 minute downhill stroll from this lovely holiday home and you're on the beach. In the little hamlet of Tregurrian with sea views, it makes a wonderful holiday homestay four miles from Newquay, quality accommodation for those who like to be near the coast. Enter the comfy sitting room with dining area, an open staircase leads up to a smart bathroom and three attractive bedrooms, two with ocean views. The well equipped kitchen leads out to a private courtyard garden; for evening tipples or a barbecue with the family. Note: Second dog comes at an additional charge of £15.00. Note: Please state at the point of booking if you require beds to be made up differently to that specified. Late notice may mean we are not able to change the configuration in time for your arrival.

Another wonderful stay at bayview. This is a well thought out holiday cottage and everything you could possibly need is in this cottage. Lovely little garden at the back & front. Very comfortable beds and good quality furnishings. It’s a beautiful peaceful location. Highly recommend.
We hope to return again soon.

We had a really enjoyable week staying at Bayview which is in a lovely setting with friendly neighbours. The property is well equipped, very nicely furnished, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The patio garden is a secure space where you can sit and relax with your dogs. Communication from the owners was excellent, considerate and friendly.

We absolutely loved this house it is one of the best houses we have stayed in over the years in a great location for all of Cornwall and it’s great to park the car outside the front of the house we will definitely be back sometime next year Best wishes to the owners of this beautiful house ever you ever need.
