Bobble Cottage is a delightful Cotswold cottage, stunning and contemporary and, in our opinion absolutely ideal for couples looking for a weekend bolt hole.
The property is located in a quiet corner of the beautiful Cotswold village of Little Rissington and has off street parking for one car. Internally the ground floor is open plan, with a welcoming cosy and warm feeling upstairs is a good sized bedroom with ensuite bathroom . Bobble Cottage is presented to a very high standard with comfort central to its appeal.
As you can imagine there are great walks from your front door, either up the hill where you'll get some stunning views or alternatively you can walk down the hill towards Bourton on the Water, which is approximately 30 minutes on foot or less than 5 mins in the car! With such a central central location, it is an ideal base for enjoying the many National Trust gardens and properties.

Bobble Cottage is a stunning cottage located in Little Rissington, Gloucestershire. It has been renovated to a contemporary holiday home while also retaining period features such as its exposed beams. Internally there is an open-plan living room with an electric fire heater, a fitted kitchen and dining area. Upstairs has a king-size bedroom with a separate walk in shower and WC. There is an elevated terrace to the front of the property with a table and chairs included. Off road parking is available. Note: There is parking directly in front of the property, marked No. 3, but please be aware it is a small space only suitable for smaller cars. Additional parking is available outside the village hall which is a 2 minute walk from Bobble Cottage. Bobble Cottage is perfect for a couple’s retreat. Note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Please Note: The upper part of the stairs does not have a handrail, but there is a ledge that can be used instead.
Note: No cot or high chair supplied.

The cottage was very clean and comfortable.
Parking space is on the small size but manageable.
The toilet has a very poor flush
As is the way with lots of holiday properties, there is a dishwasher but only crockery/cutlery for 4 so really makes a dishwasher redundant

The cottages was beautifully clean and well equipped. However, the heating was inefficient and the property is looking a little tired in places and not quite the standard we had expected.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bobble Cottage. Very clan and comfortable with everything we needed. Lovely peaceful village with lots of good walking locally and within driving distance.
