Lime Tree is a charming, modern and very comfortable1st floor studio apartment with stunning views over the millstream and neighbouring woodland.
There's a balcony overlooking the pretty garden and stream.
The millstream runs underneath the Mill, with a beautiful waterfall.
Offering the best of both worlds, it's very quiet and secluded, but only 5-minute walk from Burford town centre, with its stylish shops, and an excellent choice of pubs and restaurants in one direction, and beautiful countryside walks in the other.

Inside has one king-size bedroom with a separate bathroom and WC. There is an open-plan living room and dining area, with a fitted kitchen. Roadside parking is available. Lime Tree is perfect for a romantic getaway for two. Note it is on the second floor.

Shared use of washing machine/dryer and no access to the owners garden only the shared courtyard.

Lovely little flat, the location is perfect. Within walking distance of everything in Burford, but super quiet and private.
Flat has everything needed, loved the little touches, fresh flowers, bottle of wine, freshly ground coffee and milk.
Great local pubs and restaurants just down the road.
Would recommend staying here.

A gem of a place to stay. Very well equipped and clean. We enjoyed being able to walk into Burford for shops and pubs and also able to access lots of walks from the front door. A lovely spot and accommodation for a break. We'd certainly book again.
