Tucked down a quiet lane Church View is a calm and uncluttered cottage, perfectly located within a gated development in one of the prime villages of the Cotswolds.
Situated right in the heart of Bourton on the Water, Church View was completed in 2017, and occupies the largest plot on the end of terrace of five top notch homes.
It is finished to a very high standard and kitted out with very latest gadgets and home comforts.
Inside the house is deceptively spacious with bright open plan living on the ground floor, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two Living Room s all spread across three floors- ideal for families or groups alike.

Church View is a cottage situated in Bourton-on-the-Water, Gloucestershire. It is tucked down a quiet lane within a gated development in one of the prime villages of the Cotswolds. Inside the property has muted colours and furnishings which create a homely and welcoming feel. There is an open-plan living room, fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as an extra sitting room. On the first floor, you will find a king bedroom with a family bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC and a twin bedroom. On the second floor, there is a king-size bedroom with an en suite bathroom and separate shower room and WC. The beds are divan style which allows for extra storage space under the beds. Outside has a rear enclosed, landscaped garden with a patio area. Parking is available at the property for two cars. Church View is an excellent property for friend and family vacations.

Overall a lovely house the shower was small in a large bathroom no shelf in shower, lots of cobwebs in kitchen and around windows inside and out, dishwasher broke, but still had a lovely holiday in Bourton on the water , Church view was in a quiet area and perfect location even had a squirrel visit garden

Excellent house - very clean and practical with all the mod cons, and very comfortable rooms.
Good parking and great location.
Bathroom facilities excellent.
Only downside are the birds are quite noisy in the adjacent trees but we were up early so only minor inconvenience.

Lovely house with a great location. Quiet side road but only 5 mins walk to the centre of town plus easy to walk out of town and do the beautiful walks.
Would certainly use it again.
