A lovely house in a fantastic location. You can walk to the Great Orme tramway and Llandudno pier in 5 minutes. It is great for exploring. The house feels very grand and has everything you need for a holiday in a large group with two comfortable lounges and 4 ensuites. The owner is great at communicating and very helpful. We would love to return.

Tan Tabin is a lovely, well eqipped holday property in an excellent location. From the youngest of our family (age 4) to the oldest ( aged 76) everything about it was spot on.The cinema room was perfect for relaxing after busy days in and around Llandudno. Highly recommended

Tan Tabin was perfect for us ( 6 Adults , 2 Children and 2 dogs ) So comfortable,huge rooms, large comfortable sofas, parking and 2 minutes from town. Just a fabulous relaxing holiday with all the family.Highly recommended with great communication from Sykes and the owners
