Accessed by a lovely driveway, past the New Forest showground, this beautiful cottage is a breath of fresh air with a homely interior made for all the family.
Arrive into the entrance hall, which takes you through to the comfortable lounge, a cosy base for a snug evening in front of the woodburning stove.
The well-equipped kitchen has been designed to a lovely standard, with a country-cottage-feel continuing through to the warm kitchen.
Beyond the kitchen you are led to a downstairs shower room.
Views of the garden create a lovely backdrop to wake up to, perfect for a restful hour or so amongst it all. Stairs lead up to three bedrooms, each neutrally decorated and promising a soothing night's sleep, with a countryside landscape located just outside of the window.
Comprising of two double rooms (one with the option to have two single beds) and a single, there is somewhere for everyone to unwind in style.
A family bathroom completes the interior, well-matched with sandy coloured walls and a classic white suite.
Wander outside in your leisure time, a wonderful set-up for some quiet time on the patio area, whilst the children enjoy the lawned garden, all enclosed.

New Park Farm Cottage is a delightful retreat situated in the village of Brockenhurst in Hampshire. Hosting three bedrooms; two double, and a single, along with a bathroom this property can sleep up to five people. Inside you will also find a kitchen/diner, utility, and a sitting room with woodburner. To the outside is off road parking and a garden with patio and a lawned area. Situated in a lovely location with much to admire, New Park Farm Cottage is a memorable retreat in a fabulous part of England. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome. This property only accepts Friday and Monday check ins

We have rented a number of holiday homes in Hampshire and this one is the best.
It was very cold during our visit but the heating kept us very warm.
It was very quiet which is what we wanted.
I would recommend this cottage as an excellent base when visiting the New Forrest.

This is a wonderful property with a much appreciated welcoming package. Would certainly stay again. Unfortunately we stayed a week and the tv wasn't working unless we streamed although reported on first day to owner. I am not too tech savvi and would have preferred info in paper form rather than scanning a QR code.

A fabulous cottage in a perfect location to explore the wonders of the New Forest. Could not wish for a more relaxing space to spend time walking through the forest surrounded by nature and wildlife.
Very appointed cottage with every convenience and comfort provided.
