This adjoined barn conversion has been restored with great care and attention to provide enticing accommodation for four people, in the heart of beautiful Aberdeenshire.
Resting in a superb rural location, with the popular town of Turriff nearby, as well as a range of other opportunities, this is ideal for two couples seeking a Scotland escape, but also a nice place for a family with kids.

The corridor leading to the main living areas plays host to two immaculate and peacefully furnished bedrooms with charming furnishings.
The bedrooms both enjoy easy access to a refreshing, all-white shower room for you to prepare for each unforgettable day in. Step through into the enticing sitting room, enhanced warmly by a woodburning stove, a TV and plenty of snug seating to put your feet up and relax on. From here, a ladder leads up to an alternative sitting area or even a additional bed this mezzanine snug is an ideal space to let your hair down in peace and quiet.

Milltown House is a semi-detached, converted barn that sits five miles from the town of Turriff in Aberdeenshire. It boasts two bedrooms, 1 x double with basin. 1 x twin that can be zip-linked into a king size bed, and it also provides a shower room, the cottage is able to sleep four people. Also inside you will find a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove, as well as a further sitting area on a mezzanine level. Externally, you will find plenty of off-road parking along with a gravelled courtyard area with furniture and a barbecue, there is also an external utility. This is the 4th time at Milltown House. It is a very quiet and relaxing holiday, when arrived there was a bottle of wine and biscuits from the owner, this is a lovely touch. We had a bonus of having a jacuzzi next to our cottage which we took full advantage of and were in it everyday.

We enjoyed our time there very much and getting to know a part of Scotland I hadn't really known before. Hopefully we can get back some day and explore the region more fully. It was also nice to meet the owner and have a wee chat plus watching the swallows coming and going to their nests.

The perfect staycation! There’s so much space for a family of four. The weather was abasing which meant we were able to use all the outside spaces. The hot tub was the highlight, watching the sunset every evening. The house was well equipped for a weeks holiday. The decor is so fitting to the property. We loved every aspect of Milltown house!
