A 16th Century farmhouse, Ty Ffarm at Gellilwch has been lovingly converted into a spacious and luxurious holiday home, offering the ultimate ‘croeso’ to Wales.
With breathtaking views across the South Wales valleys, Ty Ffarm sits peacefully in the countryside above the market town of Pontypridd and just a 20 minute drive from the capital city, Cardiff.
It is ideally located for exploring everything South Wales has to offer with excellent restaurants, pubs, shops and attractions just a short drive away.
The stunning property maintains many of its original features, including a large ‘inglenook’ and fireplaces, combining modern designs and amenities with all the charm of a traditional Welsh farmhouse.
The beautifully designed kitchen/diner is the heart of the farmhouse, centred by a large handmade timber dining table, fireplace with wood-burning stove and contemporary lighting.

Ty Ffarm at Gellilwch is a 16th Century farmhouse near to Pontypridd in Wales. It comes with five bedrooms which include a double with an en-suite, three further double rooms and a bunk room, there is also a bathroom and an external cloakroom, the property can sleep 10 people. Its interior also comes set with a kitchen/diner, two utilities, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a sitting room with an electric fire. To the outside, there is ample off-road parking as well as a patio and artificial lawn area with furniture. Ty Ffarm at Gellilwch is a beautiful base to bring your friends and family together.

The owners really go out of their way to think of everything. Stuff to do for the kids, facilities, etc. It was a wonderful stay with my family and we would 100% do it again.
Owners were quick to answer messages and even came out on new years day when we had problems with something.

Babs could not have been more helpful and even made a special purchase as we were using the sofa bed.
Perhaps the listing should make it clear how far the farm is out of town.
No-one's fault, but the road systems in P y P are a nightmare!!!
