a mirror over the basin in 3rd floor bedroom will be nice. grab rails in all showers will be good soap racks in all showers. clothes hangers in all showers.
the sink in the kitchen lets water back on worktop ao if anything can be done to run the water back into the sink. the shower door needs sealing to stop water getting on to the step

The house needs some updating and furniture in sitting room has seen better days, but overall it's a spacious family house in convenient location for sea front and amenities. Enjoyed the large garden, perfect for bbqs. Coffee machine a welcome touch!
Note: We noticed the down pipe from the upstairs bathroom seems blocked as water overflowed from the hopper onto the patio.

House is very comfortable.
Only concern for older people would be the stairs design.
It has a tight 90 degree turn at the 2nd floor.
Location for the town is idea & The local park is good for walking your dog
