It comprises one double bedroom with an en-suite shower, sleeping two people. The inside also boasts an open-plan living area with kitchen, breakfast bar and sitting area as well as a cloakroom. Outside is off-road parking for 1 car and a paved garden at the rear with a shared lawn, patio furniture and a barbecue. Little Pippin is a well-presented retreat to be enjoyed at any time of the year.

Well kept modern holiday let, ideal for 2 people in a very quiet location. Although close to the railway line, it does not disturb the peacefulness of the area. Beautiful kept garden, that we could access.
Walking distance from beaches, coastal path, local amenities. Train station a few minutes drive in to St Austell.

Enjoyed our stay at Little Pippin. Very helpful friendly hosts. The cottage was ideally situated for visiting places in the surrounding area. Particularly loved Charlestown. Lots of interesting shops especially Libby’s fudge.

It was a lovely modern property with everything you need . Lovely garden to sit out in if weather is good. The owners live next door and are lovely very helpful. Lots of places to visit from here. Plenty of places to eat out .
