Lovely apartment with amazing views over the estuary. Kingsbridge is very pretty but there are some very steep hills! It was great to have a parking space and everything on the one level but it was very tight to get out of the parking space when someone was parked in the next space.
Buses available from the town centre for Salcombe, Totnes and Plymouth.

Lovely apartment. Had everything we could want. Lovely views over the estuary. Car parking space is handy, but a bit tight if you have a big car. Perfect base for exploring the south Devon.. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The onsuite shower room is in need of a little TLC a shelf in the shower. A shelf by the sink for toothbrush etc and hooks on back of the door for towels etc.
A couple of fans to use as it gets very hot in the apartment in the summer.
