This upside down accommodation consists of the first floor with an open-plan living room with a fully-equipped kitchen hosting a range of appliances at your convenience.
On the ground floor is a delightful bathroom, complete with a bath and shower head.
Also on the ground floor you will find the property has three spacious bedrooms; one double and two single rooms, with bedroom number three boasting fantastic sea views.
To the exterior there is parking available a short distance away in the village car park at an additional cost. 4 Armada House offers a peaceful coastal retreat, just yards from the beach, where you can take advantage of the spectacular views along the South West Coastal Path and Bolt Head trail.

4 Armada House is a modern duplex apartment situated within Hope Cove in South Devon. It plays host to three bedrooms, made up of a double, a twin and a bunk room, as well as a family bathroom, the property can sleep six people. The accommodation also comes set with an open-plan living area including a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. To the outside there is parking on the village car park around 50 metres away. There are steps down to the property which is a duplex apartment with stairs between the floors. Note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome at an additional charge of £25/pet.
All bed linen and towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own tea towels.
Parking is available in the nearby village car park (approximately 50 metres away) at an additional cost.

We had a fabulous time here with our dogs. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Comfy beds and sofas. Close to the beach for walking our dogs and relaxing, good facilities nearby (pub, shop, restaurant, parking). Absolutely loved this place!

Lovely, well equipped house with easy access to the beach.
You should be aware there is no parking at the house but the local car park was very near and easy to book for our whole stay.
There is a drop off point at the property but thus road wasn’t always open ( other cars) and was quite small.

Good apartment and facilities, good location, but up a steep hill. You can hear the people below in the evening. We reported a problem with the washing machine and the maintenance team were out to fix it within a couple of hours.
