This spacious detached property offering stunning view across the countryside is situated within a small development of new houses in walking distance of Thurlestone.
Tastefully decorated throughout, Sea Peep beautifully mixes character and modern features making it the perfect holiday home for a family looking to enjoy the very best of South Devon.
Enter the property at half-landing level, with a short flight of stairs leading you to down to the main living area complete with charming log fireplace, tasteful furniture and large patio doors leading out onto the garden.
The dining area seats eight, with two steps leading into the well-equipped, modern kitchen with marble worktops, induction hob and large breakfast bar, perfect for a morning coffee.
The upper sitting room boasts splendid views and is the perfect spot to relax, there is also table football for children of all ages. Three of the four bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, with the master boasting a wooden-framed king-size bed, bedside units, dressing table and a large en-suite bathroom with underfloor heating.
The further two double bedrooms also boast king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms.
The fourth bedroom is a twin room on the first floor, featuring two double beds and an en-suite bathroom. Outside you can enjoy the stylish garden suite, perfect for enjoying an evening wine and taking in the views.
For the warmer days, sun loungers are available to soak up the Devon sun on the well-kept lawn. A short walk will take you to the coastal village of Thurlestone, offering golf course and two beaches.
Further afield, the famous coastal town of Salcombe awaits, packed full of unique shops and pubs, perfect for a day out. For a fun day out for all the family, there a a number of sandy beaches close by, South Milton boasts the Beach House, perfect for sunny lunches and cocktails at sundown.

Salcombe is not far away and the market town of Kingsbridge welcomes you with a good choice of restaurants and shops. Sea Peep is a detached holiday home situated on the South Devon coastline, in the village of Thurlestone. Inside, find four en-suite bedrooms, which include three king-size rooms, as well as a twin room. The property is able to sleep eight people. Inside, you will also discover a kitchen, a living/dining room with an open fire and a gallery room. To the outside, find off-road parking for four cars and a garden consisting of a terrace, a lawn and a balcony with furniture. Sea Peep provides high-quality holiday accommodation in a superb Devon location.
Children should be supervised at all times when using garden.

Good situation within walking distance of beaches,
The weather was rather hot during our stay and so upstairs was very warm indeed at night. Provision of a fan there is our only thought in terms of a very small improvement..

Sea Peep is a fantastic place to stay, situated on an exclusive private estate. The property is spacious, comfortable, well appointed and located in the charming village of Thurlestone. We thoroughly enjoyed our week’s holiday, spending time on the lovely local beaches and walking the coastal path. I cannot recommend Sea Peep highly enough.

The carpets on the stairway require a deep clean as they smell of dogs
The sofa’s as comfortable as they are the cushions are far to big
However this is our second year staying in this cottage and we had a great New Year break
