It plays host to two super king-size zip/link bedrooms, one of which boasts an en-suite while there is also a family shower room, the property can sleep four people. Inside it also boasts a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. To the outside, find off-road parking for two cars and a decked balcony with furniture. C S Lewis Balcony is a modern and stylish holiday home, in an idyllic location for visitors of all kinds looking to explore Devon.

Please note for bookings over the Christmas period, this property cannot accept check in on 24th, 25th, 26th or 27th December and also 31st December, 1st, 2nd or 3rd January

CS Lewis Balcony is an immaculate, wholly modern property with stunning period features. The sea view is spectacular.
Some other reviews mentioned issues for people with limited mobility, but my mum, who’s had a hip replacement, had no trouble. The ground floor bedroom with en suite was ideal for her needs.
We had a terrific stay.

We loved the location of this property. It is close to lots of restaurants. The apartment is large and it was great having two large bathrooms. The best part of the property was the stunning views of Lynmouth beach. We would definitely return. Excellent value for money .

Very nice setup throughout. Booked on the basis of the views listed, and were not disappointed. Though we appreciate it involves some extra effort, provision of some bath robes would have been appreciated (it's not the kind of thing we travel with !), though it didn't detract from the experience.
