Greystone is a spacious detached house with fabulous views out to sea and within just a few minutes downhill walk to the sandy beaches.
Greystone is perfect for a family or two families looking to explore the area.
The single storey accommodation is presented and furnished to a very good standard and well equipped throughout. The entrance leads into a lobby with door to the main hallway and access to the light and spacious sitting room with two double sofas, armchair and wood burning stove. French doors lead out to the balcony.
There is a open-plan fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area with wooden table and chairs. The utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. The main bedroom has excellent sea views, double bed, and en suite shower room.
The second double with double bed has excellent sea views, and en suite shower room.
The third bedroom has two single beds, and en suite shower room with shower.
The fourth bedroom has two single beds.
There is also a family bathroom with bath, shower (over) and separate cloakroom. To the front and side of the house is a superb decked balcony with stunning views.
BBQ Provided.
There are mature areas of garden to the front and side of the property with a good sized lawn to the rear. The village of Hope Cove has two hotels, pub, shop and cafes.

excellent open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Very well equipped.
Only a couple of small niggly things that you get in most houses the doors could do with a spot of oil, light above sink in one en suite not working and plug cover loose in that same bathroom. Fabulous property and didnt want the holiday to end

Could smell drains from out on balcony.
Showers fill up with water - pipes leading out of showers need looking at - particularly in bedroom 4 (singles bedroom at far end).

We love Greystone. The view from the terrace is amazing and we never tire of admiring the view of Bolt Tail. It’s the sixth time we have stayed there and will definitely be coming back!
