This light and airy two bedroom apartment is situated near Kingsbridge and within a few miles of the popular town of Salcombe on the South Devon coast.
Grand View is a well-equipped apartment offering a fantastic base to explore South Devon perfect for couples or a small family.
Enter the property into the hallway, off of which are doors to all of the rooms in the property making it accessible for all ages.
The main living area is in an ‘L’ shape giving it a real open-plan feel.
A well-equipped kitchen with cream units, 4-ring electric hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge is toward the back of the room.
Further through you’ll find a dining table and then a double sofa with a separate chair where you can admire the views through the patio doors which open onto a balcony area.
Both bedrooms are a good size, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds.
The family bathroom has a bath with a power shower (over), heated towel rail, basin and WC. Outside, the property boasts an impressive balcony area with table and two chairs offering fantastic views.
Enjoy a wine in the evening as the sun sets. The popular market town of Kingsbridge is less than six miles away, offering lush green countryside, cafés and pubs which serve the best local craft beers, ales and gin around. Less than five miles away is the coastal town of Salcombe, offering stunning beaches in areas of natural beauty such as South Sands Beach.

Grand View is a single-storey apartment placed within the village of Hope Cove on Devon’s south coast. It hosts two bedrooms which include a double room and a twin room, both share access to a bathroom, the property is able to sleep four people. The accommodation also offers an open-plan living room comprising a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. To the outside you will find off-road parking for one car and a balcony with furniture, along with a shared terraced seating area. Grand View enjoys superb views of the surrounding area, making for a wonderful South Devon retreat.

Immaculately clean, cosy and well kept apartment, which was a pleasure to stay in. The beds were comfortable, shower was great and we loved the views from the living room. It was a very convenient location, with a short stroll to the pub, beach and costal path. Thank you

Very pleased with our stay at Grand View, easy to park, it was peaceful, fantastic views, property and appliances were clean, a well equipped kitchen (oven gloves) would have been good. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again.
A note for the owner: The bathroom basin does not retain the water, it slowly drains away. The plug may need an adjustment.
