4 West Park Mews is just a few minutes' easy walk from the centre of Hope Cove with its family friendly sandy beaches, inn, restaurant and store.
There is quick access also to the South West Coastal Path which runs through the village, and the popular town of Salcombe is a short drive away. From the entrance hallway there is access to a ground floor twin bedroom and stairs which lead up to the open plan living accommodation with oak flooring.
The sitting area has a sofa and two comfortable armchairs, 32" Flat screen TV, DVD player, Wii games console and an iPod dock whilst a door leads out to South-facing roof terrace with table and chairs.
The dining area has a table which seats six comfortably meanwhile the well-equipped kitchen has granite work surfaces, a larder, four-ring ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, electric oven and grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The first-floor master bedroom has a King-size bed, plenty of storage and a 19" digital TV with DVD player.
The twin bedroom has two 3' single beds, plenty of storage and a 19" Digital TV with integrated DVD player.
The bathroom has a bath, shower (over), hand basin, w.c., shaver point and heated towel rail. In addition to the terrace is a fenced front garden.
There is allocated parking for one car however additional visitors’ spaces may be available.
As a baby friendly property, a travel cot and high chair are available however guests will have to provide their own cot linen.

4 West Park Mews is a beautifully presented mews cottage with lovely views over open countryside and glimpses of the sea from the roof terrace. This property sleeps four over two bedrooms and has a good-sized family bathroom. The open plan kitchen / lounge / dining room has been refurbished to a high standard. Outside is a south-facing terrace with outdoor furniture and front garden to enjoy the light summer evenings. There is allocated parking for one car, Wi-Fi broadband and one small, well behaved dog is permitted. 4 West Park Mews benefits from a pleasant sunny outlook making it an ideal base for families or couples looking to explore the area and enjoy the stunning coastal walks nearby.

Hope Cove is a lovely place, with some great places to eat.
All dealings with the Salcombe office with pre holiday enquires were friendly and professional too.

Thank you so much for a wonderful Christmas week in 4 West Park Mews. The property was warm and welcoming, plus having some Xmas goodies on arrival was such a nice bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean and tidy.
Great location too, being a very short walk to 2 lovely beaches.
Staff at the nearby office were fantastic to deal with too.
We'll be back soon we hope.
