As you walk into the property, you see the beautiful Salcombe estuary through the French doors in the lounge/kitchenette. In the bathroom is a walk-in shower, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.
The bedroom has a pulldown double bed. A well fitted kitchenette with breakfast bar is perfect for casual dining, and there is a table and chairs to sit four people.
The lounge has a freesat TV and French doors that lead out to the balcony so you can enjoy the views over, the gardens, outdoor pool, Salcombe estuary and the sandy beaches at East Portlemouth. This property is perfect for two people to explore Salcombe and it’s neighbouring villages and towns.
Just a short walk away, take the ferry to East Portlemouth to relax on sandy beaches.

35 The Salcombe is a well presented third floor flat in the heart of town, on Salcombe’s waterfront, with sandy beaches at East Portlemouth just a short ferry ride away. The apartment has one bathroom, and a double-size sofa bed in the lounge, sleeping two people. There is an open plan lounge/kitchenette with breakfast bar and dining table with chairs. French doors lead out to a balcony with stunning views of the main anchorage, communal garden, private outdoor swimming pool and moorings. With great onsite facilities, and boutique shops, beaches, and eateries nearby, 35 The Salcombe is ideal for a couple to enjoy a Salcombe break.
The Salcombe residents enjoy exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool which is normally available from 23rd May 2025 to late September each year (subject to change).
The flat can be accessed via a lift.
Property maximum capacity is 2 adults only (no children)
Allocated parking space for ONE car only.
Electric car charging is not available or permitted at The Salcombe.
Pontoons to be removed for the winter in November - Moorings will not be available during this time.
The pontoon wall is being repaired from late April until 23rd May 2025 and will be out of use. Please call the local office for further information
Boats of up to 5m (16ft 4inches) long and 2m (6ft 6 inches) beam, may be moored on the pontoon.
PLEASE NOTE LARGE PICK UP TRUCKS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FIT INTO THE SALCOMBE PARKING SPACES

This is the fourth time we have stayed at 35 The Salcombe. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The pull down bed is extremely comfortable as are the sofas in the living area. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. If you wish to eat out there are many places within walking distance.

This is the forth or fifth time visiting 35 The Salcombe and we enjoyed again as much as the first time - hence we keep coming back! I would recommend updating the kettle and toaster as a bit tired and also some new wine glasses! I’d expect more than plastic. Otherwise as good as always.

Small apartment but very equipped and well thought out. The pull down bed was very comfortable all furniture was good quality. I would recommend this flat especially the beautiful views from the balcony which are ever changing and enthralling.
