Estuary View is a second floor apartment placed in the South Devon market town of Kingsbridge. The property hosts three bedrooms which include a king-size with an en-suite, a double bedroom and a children’s bunk room, there is also a family bathroom, the cottage is able to sleep six people. Inside, it also comes set with a kitchen with a sitting area and a dining room. Externally you will find underground parking for one car and a balcony with a table and chairs. Estuary View is a tasteful apartment allowing you to experience the beauty of South Devon without leaving your holiday home. Secure underground parking for one car.
Best suited to a party of four, but is made available for 6 on the understanding that the bunk bedded room is used by young children only.

The view was lovely and the proximity to the town was great. It was relaxing to sit on the balcony at all times of day whilst the estuary view changed with the tide . Easy parking. Lovely walks from the front door. We had our shopping delivered from tescos which we ordered before we left home so we didn't waste our holiday time.

Thank you. We loved the property. Faultless with everything we could need. Lovely view and close to town. We can recommend also the Crabshell Inn just a few metres away, good food and service. We would thoroughly recommend the property and would stay again.

Housekeeping problems. We reported on the Saturday to Coast And Country that there was a back of dogs mess on the balcony it was still there when we left
Meaning the balcony was out of use for the whole week, also dirty towels were hanging behind the bedroom door. Pillows need replacing.
