Lovatt House Apartment is a charming, first-floor, historic apartment, nestled within an old building in the town of Tynemouth.

Designed for friends and families in mind, this property has been finished with a spacious interior and a freshly-elegant design, making this a welcoming base for a family holiday.

Upon entering the property, the entrance hall leads you up a staircase to the apartment door.

As you step through this door you will be greeted to a bright, open-plan sitting room with an inviting dining area.

Here you can cosy up on the leather corner sofa with your loved ones in front of the TV during the evening.

The dining area hosts up to four people in front of large glass windows, with breath-taking sea views whilst enjoying your breakfast.

Gorgeous apartment in ideal location, with great views. Steve made us feel really welcome and was very communicative and helpful. Being able to use a parking permit was so useful, and the little touch of a bottle of prosecco on arrival made it all even better. Couldn't've hoped for a better place to stay in Tynemouth!

The location, cleanliness, amenities and ease of entry and exit were all exceptional. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of this accommodation. I wish all stays were of this standard, as it truly makes or breaks a travel experience.
