The cottage kitchen has a lovely cool walk in pantry as well as opening out onto a large family room with TV, wood burner and dining area.

There is a lovely separate dining room perfect for those cosy dinner nights and a comfortable sitting room with space to relax together.

On the first floor you will find a large double bedroom, a cosy double bedroom and a spacious single, all benefiting from use of the shower room with basin and WC.

Downstairs there is an additional bathroom with bath, basin and WC.

Set in the heart of Wyke Regis village, this cottage offers the perfect base from which to explore the Dorset Coast, with Portland and the National Sailing academy just a short 10-minute drive away, Weymouth and its famous golden sand beach and shallow waters is just a 10-minute drive to the east.
