Within the generously sized open-plan living room, the designated chef of the group will be delighted to find a well-equipped kitchen, where you will be able to rustle up a delicious evening meal before gathering your loved ones at the dining table.
The kitchen is joined by an inviting sitting area, where you can curl up on the sofa to tune into the TV or get lost within a book before retiring of an evening.
The apartment is completed by two double bedrooms, with one benefitting from a well-appointed en-suite, housing a walk-in shower, basin and WC. During the summer months, pour yourself a refreshing drink and head out onto the balcony, where you can relax within the sunshine with the soundtrack of the crashing waves of the nearby beach to keep you company.

Please note: During School Summer Holidays from Mid-July until end of August only weekly bookings starting on a Saturday can be accommodated. 28 Zenith is a third-floor apartment resting on the outskirts of Porth. It comes with two well-presented bedrooms, comprising a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and an additional double bedroom. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, a sitting area and a dining area. Outside, you will find a private parking space for one car and a small balcony area. Nearby roadside parking will be available on Watergate Road or Trevelgue Road.All-in-all, 28 Zenith is a spectacular accommodation for exploring this corner of Cornwall.

Excellent modern apartment. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Bus stop right outside making visits to watergate bay, mawnan porth and padstow very easy. Didn’t use the car all week. Beautiful walk into Newquay along the beach most of the way at low tide. Couldn’t recommend this apartment enough. Hoping to return

Perfect location, 2 minute walk from beach. The apartment was clean, modern and equipped with everything we needed. Towels and bed linen were fresh, clean and white. Lovely sea view. Good parking and easy access. Would highly recommend.

The apartment had everything we needed and it’s in a great location for exploring Cornwall. We had a lovely coastal walk to Watergate Bay from the apartment. The parking was convenient and all communication was very good.
