Beech Lodge is an elegant retreat resting within Twelve Oaks Farm, on the outskirts of Newton Abbot. It has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a sitting area, a dining area and a kitchen area. To the outside, you will find a wraparound decked area and a shared outdoor pool. Beech Lodge is a welcoming base at any time of the year. Note: One well behaved dog welcome, £25 charge. Sorry cats are not allowed at this property. Note: This property cannot accommodate a Sunday changeover. Please be aware of this restriction when placing your reservation. PLEASE NOTE - LATEST ARRIVAL AT THIS PROPERTY IS 8PM - IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 8PM YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. The lodge was well maintained and had amazing views from the lounge. This was our second visit as we loved it so much last year.
Perhaps the only improvement could be new mattresses on the single beds. They were very hard and uncomfortable for 2 adults, though the double mattress was good.

Ash Lodge was a fantastic base for our holiday, it was like a home from home and is just lovely. The facilities are great and we really just enjoyed being there.
The owners were so friendly and helpful.
We will definitely be going back there.

The park is well maintained and quiet. Well situated to visit other parts of Devon. Lodge clean well equipped in the kitchen plenty of cupboard space.
Only negative is the double bed mattress very uncomfortable so we used the single beds which were much better
