Bro Dawel is a terraced holiday cottage on a quiet side street of Beaumaris, on Anglesey.
Traditional inside, it offers a clean and comfortable base for exploring the delights on your doorstep in this fabulous seaside town.
Great walks, many historic attractions, gardens and some of Anglesey's best delis and places to eat and drink are within easy reach. The traditionally decorated sitting room is spotlessly clean and offers a sofa and chairs set around a gas fire and a TV with DVD player. Walk through to the dining room which has a dining table and chairs.
Patio doors open onto a seating area in the garden. If you continue through the dining room and up a slight slope, you come to the kitchen.
It is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric cooker and microwave. There’s a cloakroom downstairs which has a loo, bidet and wash hand basin, as well as a washer/dryer. Upstairs are two bedrooms: a double room with a TV, and a twin room.
Both are simply decorated. The bathroom contains a bath with electric shower over, wash hand basin, loo and shaver socket.
A fan heater is provided for instant heat. The private outdoor sitting area is a sun trap come the summer months.
Garden furniture is provided for your use. From Bro Dawel you can walk along the Strait, sit and watch boats bob along the water, and enjoy a break from cooking in one of the many good places to eat. Plas Cadnant Gardens are also a short drive away.
You can explore both Southern Anglesey and Northern Snowdonia from here - it’s up to you which area you want to make the most of!

Offering all the comforts of home, this terraced holiday cottage sits on a quiet street in Beaumaris, just around the corner from the wonderful moated castle. You'll find everything on your doorstep, so you can forget about your car while you're here! Glorious scenery, peaceful walks, many historic buildings and some of Anglesey's best attractions are all within walking distance.
Stroll along the green, watch the boats sailing up and down the Strait, or take a trip out to Puffin Island from the pier. Enjoy meals out in one of the town's many good pubs and restaurants. If you want to explore the wider area, very close by is the incredible 200 acre Plas Cadnant Estate where you will find spectacular historic gardens.
Bro Dawel has been with Menai Holidays for a long time and offers traditional, welcoming and very comfy holiday accommodation that is enjoyed by its many loyal returning visitors. This is a cosy house, spotlessly clean, in a fabulous location. It also has private parking, a rare asset in Beaumaris!
Note: There is no WIFi at this property and phone signal can be very irregular in the town.

We have been staying in self-catering houses for more than 30 years and can safely say this was the cleanest and most generously equipped of them all. People have commented on the 'old fashioned' decor and furniture but, to be honest, this didn't matter as it was comfortable and provided all the facilities we needed. Our only minor complaint is it would have been good if the clocks worked!

Bro Dawel is situated in a perfect location being a few steps away from the town centre, pier, castle, pubs and restaurants. The house was clean but very old fashioned, very poor mobile service and the house had no WiFi so difficult to keep in contact. Parking at the rear of the property was difficult and very tight, also on a one way street so finding the right turn was difficult. The village is fantastic and worth a visit.
