Bryn y Mor is a delightful holiday house near Borth y Gest on the Porthmadog outskirts. Not only does it have spectacular views and a glorious garden, but the house is bursting with happiness. Every room is full of interesting surprises - the rug in the sitting room, the tiny bathroom with room for a shower as well, the little library room, the tiles, the colours - we're gushing, but we really feel very privileged to have such a home in our portfolio.
"With such dazzling seaviews, it's no wonder guests return time & again to this happy, seaside house."
A path from the garden leads down to two beaches - Samson's Cove and Garreg Cnwc. The night sky in the winter must be fantastic, as there is little or no light pollution here. Bryn y Mor was even featured on the S4C programme 04Wal. All in all, a very charming holiday house in this pretty corner of North Wales.
Note: Guests with young children should be aware that there is a garden pond.

A beautiful property situated in a stunning place. The house itself is spacious and very comfortable. It is close to the coastal path and beautiful walks. The beach is easily accessible and it is no distance to walk to Borth-y-Gest and even Porthmadog. We had an amazing week and could have stayed longer!

Waw! What a setting. A unique property with breathtaking views on all sides. Walked a short distance down the coast path to the beach or a slightly longer walk to Porthmadog for some shopping. The house was beautifully clean, well equipped and spacious. We will definitely be back to explore more of this stunning area, An truly luxury experience.

Fabulous holiday home, so well equipped and in a perfect location, 5 of us had plenty of room to spread around. We had the wettest half term ever, I don't think we would have stayed the week if we were in a caravan. Please update the TV's to smart TV's.
