Nestled on the outskirts of the pretty town of Middleham, is this superb stone cottage, which is set in a quiet setting.
Kelda Garthr, translating as tranquil garden has been renovated into a contemporary holiday home for friends and families alike, boasting brightly-decorated rooms and high-quality furnishings.
The sitting room offers a delightful space to relax and unwind of an evening, with the multi-fuel stove to keep you warm during those chilly winter months, it also includes a small library of history books relating to Richard III and the local area. Curl up on one of the two leather sofas and catch up on your favourite shows, or use the provided Xbox and the selection of games for a fun-filled family game night. Step through to the kitchen, which boasts a lovely breakfast bar for enjoying home-cooked meals.
The kitchen has a range of appliances on-hand to cook up a storm for the whole family.
Use the conservatory as a quiet space for catching up on some reading, with the country views over Wensleydale as your backdrop.
A cloakroom with a basin and WC completes the ground floor.
Upstairs, you will find three well-presented bedrooms: one double, one twin and one single, with a range of furniture to store your personal items.

Kelda Garthr is in a fabulous location for exploring the Yorkshire Dales and moorland. It's garden is indeed tranquil, and lovely with wonderful views and lots of birds, and the conservatory is perfect on cooler days. It is well heated and has most facilities that we needed.

Superb view, very nice and comfortable property. Only negative was that the shower was cold but I think that was us not understanding it! Will definite stay again when we next come to Middleham but we will probably not visit for a couple of years.

Kelda Gartha is an apt name. The view from the garden/ conservatory was so beautiful and peaceful. It is in a great location, very quiet and a 5 minute walk to the main high street. I would definitely recommend the cottage.
