Kober House is a detached property resting within Mullion. It houses three bedrooms consisting of a 4’ 6" double bedroom, a twin bedroom with zip/link beds and a 2ft 6" single bed with a cot bed for any younger guests. Downstairs there is a sitting room with a woodburning fire and a well-equipped kitchen/diner. To the outside there is ample off-road parking and a rear enclosed garden with a BBQ and garden furniture. Kober House is an outstanding base in Cornwall. Note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome, second dog comes with an additional charge of £20.00.

Kober house was clean and well maintained only issue was state of garden presume gardener didn’t attend on the Friday maybe garden could be maintained whether the residents want it or not. Otherwise house was excellent, and will be booking next year.

The property was warm and welcoming on arrival, a nice welcome pack. The secure back garden was good for our small dog. The location was great for walks from the door and exploring the area.

Kober House. The Welcome Pack was exceptional, thank you. Beds comfortable. Rooms clean.
Bright, light, but didn’t like sloping ceilings and sharp edges around dorma windows. That’s the reason we wouldn’t recommend to friends. They are dangerous. Garden furniture covered with bird muck and oven not clean. Only used one of the four televisions. Washer/dryer and dishwasher a bonus.
