This lovely bungalow sits on a quiet cul de sac, just a two minute stroll to the beach and shops in the seaside town of Criccieth.
It has ample parking, a good sized enclosed lawned garden and is all on one level.
This holiday cottage is comfortable and welcoming and ticks all the boxes for all the family! The bright and airy sitting room has an open fire which is lovely in the colder months.
There is also an electric fire if you prefer instant warmth.
There is a flatscreen TV with Chromecast and a DVD player, comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs.
A door opens into the sunroom. The south facing sunroom opens up onto the garden.
With a little table and chairs, it is a lovely spot to eat breakfast and read the newspaper on a sunny morning. The well equipped kitchen has electric cooker and hob, larder fridge, dishwasher and a microwave.
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage and a freezer in the small room off the kitchen. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. There is a larger twin bedroom, through which you access a smaller single bedroom which has an ensuite loo and wash hand basin. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, loo, wash hand basin and towel rail. There is private parking for four cars at the front of the house.
The lovely enclosed lawned garden at the back of the house has a paved seating area and garden furniture. The lovely town of Criccieth has some fantastic restaurants, pubs and cafes as well as interesting individual shops, and a great delicatessen. A short drive takes you to Porthmadog and the Italianate village at Portmeirion.
You can take a ride on the Welsh Highland Railway and explore the beautiful landscape of Snowdonia.
Travelling in the opposite direction, you will arrive at Pwllheli, a busy marina town.

The house is very comfortable, having everything one needs. We enjoyed the quiet garden & birds, with the beach just a minute away.
The beach and all Criccieth has to offer, sights, shops etc, is all on the doorstep.
Most definitely will be back....Beautiful!

We had a wonderful week's holiday at Mor Edrin. Very lucky with the weather for October, which was a bonus! Lovely bungalow with everything you need. Fabulous secure garden for our dog, Belle, too! Nice and quiet area with close access to the beach front walks and town. Highly recommended! We can't wait to stay again! 10/10 :-)

Mor-Edrin is close to amenities and beach both within walking distance. It’s warm and cozy albeit a little tired in places, there is everything needed for a relaxing stay. Lovely garden which was safe for our little dog. We enjoyed our stay very much and will stay again, if I can make one suggestion add a larger smart TV to your lovely large lounge.
