Appletree cottage is a superb stone built cottage situated on Alndyke Farm near Alnwick in Northumberland.
The ground floor hosts a large sitting room with inglenook fireplace and wood burning stove.
Furnished in a traditional style including vintage leather sofas.
Complete with WiFi and smart TV. The kitchen / dining area has seating for six and all the appliances you could need to rustle up a delicious home cooked meal.
Also downstairs there is a small cloakroom with WC and wash basin.
The first floor houses three large bedrooms - one king size, one double, and one twin, all with high quality furnishings.
The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
The cottage has its own private enclosed garden complete with patio and seating area, where you can enjoy a beverage outside whilst viewing the wonderful countryside.
Appletree and Baytree cottages share a secure children's play area.

Appletree is a lovely cottage based in Alnwick, Northumberland. Internally, there are three bedrooms: two king-size and one twin, sleeping six people. The ground floor comprises of an open-plan kitchen and dining area, with a separate sitting room. To the rear is an enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Off-road parking is available for three cars. Appletree is a delightful resort for group gatherings.

A lovely cottage in a great location allowing easy access to Almwick town and local beaches.
The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Andrew was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. When my husband fell in, and suffered a stroke he couldn’t do enough to help us. Lovely cottage, great location. Walking distance of Alnwick town. Andrew even lined up some tractors for our tractor mad grandson (and his Dad!)

A lovely cottage in the perfect location. The owner was wonderfully welcoming and friendly and we knew if we needed anything we could ask him with no trouble at all. Everything we needed was there, beds and sofas comfy, cosy cottage and a very comfortable stay. The location is perfect. It was a pleasure to stay there and we would love to come back again.
