This ground floor apartment is superbly appointed on the doorstep of Walton-on-the-Naze Beach, enjoying wonderful views across the waterfront.
This contemporary-style accommodation is ideal for a couple looking to explore Essex’s ever-changing coastline, architectural masterpieces and its magnitude of fine dining opportunities.
The interior of the property oozes a simplistic elegance, with a neutral colour palette throughout and modern furnishings to offer a refreshing break at any time of year.
It boasts magnificent, unobstructed views across the beachfront, giving you a real sense of tranquility, allowing you to fully relax, while having easy access to the thriving town centre, which includes a Tesco Express ( 2 min walk), M&S Food Hall and ALDI (10 min walk). The property is incredibly disabled friendly, set all on ground floor, with wider doors, a large walk‐in shower cubicle with seat.
There are no steps in the property other than a low threshold door to rear decking.

This was our second visit. The accommodation is spacious and decor is light and airy. The view from the lounge is amazing. A stunning view of the sea and beautiful beach. A large walk-in bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and comfortable bedroom. The owners are very friendly and live close by. Lots of places to visit. We will be back next year.

A lovely ground floor flat right on the front in the middle of Walton. The facilities and decor are excellent, with generous supplies of everything you might need. The owners live next door, and are friendly, helpful people. Definitely a place you’d go back to.

A lovely spacious apartment on the sea front. Very clean, kitchen has all you could ever need. The ensuite is great and shower stool much aporeciated. Donna the owner very helpful and friendly. Only thing I found the sofa a little uncomfortable and too modern a shape for my liking. If in the are would definitely book again.
