A delightful 1960s semi-detached property in a slightly elevated position giving access to some stunning views over the town and distant countryside.
Renovated to a high standard, with a fresh and neutral decor, with the light walls and oak doors, whilst the first floor has a touch of Art Deco style, giving the property that homely vibe throughout.
The sitting room boasts a lovely gas fire to keep you warm during those chilly evenings, whilst you sink into the provided sofas and enjoy a relaxing evening in front of the TV. Step through to the open-plan kitchen and dining area with ample seating for families to gather over a home-cooked meal, or to enjoy a family game night, whilst the kitchen itself is amply-equipped with everything you could need to cook up a storm.
There are three bedrooms on the first floor, that consist of two doubles and one twin, all of which are individually styled, with warming colours and fabrics that complement each other, with lovely views across the town and hillside scenery.
Delight in the family bathroom, providing an elegant bath and shower over, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak of an evening, or a quick shower in the morning to prepare you for the day ahead.
In the summer, take a snack or a refreshing drink out to the enclosed garden area and simply let the astounding countryside scenery soak in. Dolgellau is a lovely historic market town, with an array of independent shops, supermarkets, eateries and public houses for your amenities.
Situated within the Snowdonia National Park, you have easy access to a number of nearby tourist attractions, including the magnificent Coed-y-Brenin forest park area, with plenty of trails for mountain biking and hiking, stretching from 12 to 38 kilometres.
Discover a variety of tourist attractions near the historic mining town of Blaenau Ffestiniog, such as the exciting Zip World and Bounce Below, offering thrilling zip wire rides - perfect for the whole family to get involved with.
You are ideally placed for exploring the wonderfully expansive coastline, with lovely sandy beaches where families can spend the day relaxing in the hot afternoon sun whilst their pets and little ones run freely.
After all this sightseeing, return to Arnant for a relaxing evening with your loved ones in front of the warming gas fire.

Tidy well designed property. On road parking but no issue finding space outside the house. Good location close to centre of town and for exploring the area.
The internet stopped working but Debra is resolving with her provider.

We had a brilliant week here, very clean and tidy, lovely gardens and area. Beds very comfortable, owners helpful and friendly and the welcome pack was much appreciated thank you. We will definitely book to go back to Arnant as there is so much still to do around here. Walk about 5 minutes to reach the village shops, pubs and restaurants and which we found everyone to be friendly.

This was our second visit and again was very clean, comfortable beds and all home from home requirements. Only slight problem was parking, two days we could not park back or front near the house and had to park way up the street, Deborah the owner had mentioned this before we went. Very convenient place to stay for visiting lots of lovely places, loved Dolgellau village for eating out.
