This wooden-clad lodge is positioned within Twelve Oaks Farm, which is a working farm on the fringes of Teigngrace, in Devon.
It occupies lovely, spacious rooms and a modern feel throughout, ideal for families and friends looking to get together in a pretty, countryside setting.

You can cook up a delicious meal and gather around the table to chat over the adventures you have had so far. Unwind into the evening in front of the TV in the lounge and later you can head upstairs to find a king-size double room with an en-suite, as well as two twin bedrooms.

Oak Apple is a delightful cottage residing on Twelve Oaks Farm near the Devon village of Teigngrace. It boasts three bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite wet room and two twin rooms, sleeping six people in total. There is also a bathroom, ground floor cloakroom and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off-road parking for two cars and a private courtyard garden. On-site you have an array of facilities including a choice of coarse fishing lakes, children's play area and a shared outdoor heated swimming pool. Note: One well behaved dog welcome, £25 charge. Sorry cats are not allowed at this property. Note: This property cannot accommodate a Sunday changeover. Please be aware of this restriction when placing your reservation. PLEASE NOTE - LATEST ARRIVAL AT THIS PROPERTY IS 8PM - IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 8PM YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. People there were so nice. The little shop was lovely and the food from the field kitchen was exceptional. The pool was a big hit with the children.The nice treats that were left for us and the dog when we arrived was so thoughtful. We will recommend twelve oaks farm and will be returning ourselves.

Great place to stay, lovely setting, outdoor pool a bonus. We stayed in a cottage, well equipped and lovely to have milk tea coffee and a cake on arrival. As its a newer build cottage the walls are thin and you can hear the neighbours easily. This was the only downside as we had noisy neighbours during our stay

We loved our stay here, it was close to our grandparents for us to visit. The pool was great and kept the kids occupied and so did the park. The cottage itself was really lovely, so spacious and comfortable and we will definitely be back. Staff on the farm are so lovely and accommodating.
