Ty’n Cae sits in a wonderful elevated position above Red Wharf Bay with beautiful views of the sea and surrounding area.
The owner has taken great care in making this one of the most stylish yet relaxed properties in our collection right down to the fabrics, sofas and even the island unit for one which we love! The most difficult thing you’ll find in staying here is whether to stay in and relax or go and explore the wonderful area.
You are close to some fabulous beaches including Benllech, Red Wharf Bay and Traeth Bychan.
Snowdonia is a 20 minute drive away, and you have the fast becoming foodie capital of Anglesey, Menai Bridge 10 minutes away.
You are spoilt for choice. The sitting room is next to the dining room and has a lovely outlook with a bay window and radio to enjoy your morning coffee.
The large lounge has flat screen TV with Google Chromecast, freeview & DVD player, wood burning stove and lovely french doors if you want to bring in the sunshine. Handmade units make up the well equipped kitchen with cafetière, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric cooker.
The dining room has wonderful views and plenty of seating.
The utility room has washer/dryer with plenty of storage space. There are four bedrooms.
The ground floor comprises of a master bedroom with king size bed with patio doors to outside.
Another double with king size bed is on the ground floor, with a steep paddle staircase to a antique style daybed that’s made up as a single but can be a double or two singles on request.
There is a twin bedroom up a staircase from the hallway. The master bedroom has an en-suite with bath and shower over, loo and wash hand basin.
The main bathroom has a walk in shower, double ended bath with loo and wash hand basin. The garden has outdoor furniture with lovely views over the stunning Red Wharf Bay. Idyllic! The beds will be made made up as advertised, if you would like a different bed configuration please contact Menai Holidays 7 days before your arrival.

From it's hilltop position, the wonderful Ty'n Cae has far reaching sea views over Red Wharf Bay and the stunning coastline of eastern Anglesey. Within walking distance is The Boathouse, one of Anglesey's best restaurants.This lovely holiday cottage has a flexible and cosy living space and is equally well suited to a party of 6.

The garden has outdoor wrought iron furniture with wonderful views over the stunning bay and surrounding countryside, you will find it hard to tear yourself away.
For walkers, you can pick up the Anglesey Coastal Path down by the beach, with plenty of flora and fauna to see, and there are lots of cycling paths near by. Why not take a trip to nearby Beaumaris with its wonderful castle and pier, and lots of places to eat and drink (the Red Boat Ice-cream shop is not to be missed) and lovely views. Or travel up the coast to the pretty seaside village of Moelfre with its strong lifeboat connections, and amazing chip shop.
This beautiful house embraces all of the things we have come to love about a holiday retreat.
Note: Please be aware if there are children in your party that there is a small pond in the garden.

The property is lovely and very well situated with great views over the bay but it was somewhat spoilt by very poor heating, if the aga had been working I think it would have been a very different experience. Not recommended in the winter but I guess it would be fantastic in the summer.
