A delightful, stone barn conversion, situated in the coastal town of Fishguard, Wales.
The Old Stables boasts a wonderfully renovated, modern interior, with high-quality furnishings, whilst still managing to retain its lovely period features, such as the stone walls.
Step into the open-plan living space, with two large sofas to curl up on of an evening, whilst catching up with the day's events, or enjoying a romantic movie night.
The kitchen rests behind, with wooden units and sleek worktops, housing a range of appliances so you can cook up a delicious meal for the whole family, whilst the dining area provides space to enjoy your meals over a chilled glass of wine.
Retire to the large double bedroom of an evening and get some much needed rest for the days ahead, with ample storage space for your personal items.
There is a mezzanine snug area resting over the living space, with chairs and a single bed in case you have any extra guests wishing to stay.

The Old Stables is a wonderful stone barn conversion situated in Fishguard, Wales. It has one ground floor double bedroom, served by a ground floor bathroom. There is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as a mezzanine snug housing a single bed. Outside has a small, enclosed gravelled area with furniture and barbecue area. Off-road parking for one car is available. The Old Stables is a delightful choice for a remote break with your partner. Sorry no pets allowed.

The property was out of the way which I loved and so peaceful. It was clean and well set out. Lovely views with small local walks nearby. Amenities were a 10 minute walk away. The little welcome gifts were a nice surprise and a lovely gesture. I would certainly be booking this again if available when I next return to Fishguard. Thank you so much

Old Stables is a very comfortable cottage which fulfilled all our expectations.
With an easy walk in to the town centre we could enjoy the local eating places of which there are a considerable variety.
We were fortunate to have excellent weather all week and with the aid of the local buses we were able to sample various sections of the coastal path.

Excellent. A lovely cottage in a nice and quiet location, listing is extremely accurate with all essential items being there. We have been to many cottage’s and now have a list of items we take ( things that had been missing) none were required for this cottage. Although we want to visit more places in the UK we will certainly return here in the near future
