Riverside House is a fabulous, partly grade 2 listed, terraced property located in the heart of Fordingbridge, cradling the northern gateway to the New Forest National Park.
Positioned right on the water with the garden backing onto the River Avon, find your perfect escape here with your loved ones in a beautiful region of Hampshire.
With views from many rooms enjoying the pretty scenery, you can spend a well-earned holiday together.
Gather around the large table in the dining room and enjoy a home-cooked feast, which can be cooked up in the well-appointed kitchen next door.
Make the most of the sitting room during your relaxation time and use the conservatory space for some chilled time with a good book.
Just outside on the patio and round to the left is a separate, spacious games room with TV, ideal for keeping the children occupied for a couple of hours.
The ground floor is complete with a bedroom offering zip/link beds suitable for families travelling together and wanting flexible sleeping arrangements; it has ample storage space, bedside tables and overlooks the bustling street.
Upstairs, you have two king-size double bedrooms and a twin, each well-presented and boasting charming views of the river, while the landing offers a quiet reading space with a chair and bookshelf.

Riverside House is a beautifully presented terraced cottage located on the River Avon, right in the heart of Fordingbridge, on the north-western fringes of the New Forest National Park. It plays host to four bedrooms; a ground floor super king-size double (zip/link can be twins on request), two king-size double and a twin, sleeping eight in total. There is also a family bathroom, ground floor cloakroom, kitchen/diner, dining room with multi-fuel stove, sitting room with conservatory and an external games room accessed via the unenclosed, multi-level garden. Outside is also a second garden area with an enclosed patio featuring an unfenced pond and there is also designated parking and a complimentary parking permit. Electric charging point - free of use. Three dogs welcome.

We had a delightful stay at Riverside House. Upon arrival we were met by John and his wife, who showed us round. The house is nice and spacious, it had everything we needed.
