Kittiwake is situated on the banks of Noss Creek in the charming village of Noss Mayo, located within the South Devon AONB.
This detached cottage offers a wonderful modern holiday home for friends and families alike, looking to explore this beautiful unspoilt countryside area.
The property boasts a delightful open-plan living space, with plenty of seating to relax and unwind, with a wood-burning stove to keep you warm during winter evenings.
There is a smart TV, WiFi access and a Bluetooth speaker system for all entertainment options.
For more traditionally minded guests, a chest is provided stocked with board games and puzzles.
The dining area provides seating for five and has the benefit of ready access to the furnished balcony, also offering al-fresco eating.
Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen so you can enjoy your home-cooked meal with magnificent views across the surrounding village, countryside, hills and nearby creek, whatever the weather.
There are three lower ground floor bedrooms; one double, one twin/double, and a single with an en-suite w/c shower room that can only be accessed via the garden or balcony, ideal for a teenager looking for some privacy.
The family bathroom has quality fixtures and fittings, with a bath and shower over.
Underfloor heating and dual-heated towel rail ensure comfort for all seasons.

The property has a reverse-level accommodation, with three lower ground-floor bedrooms; one double with basin, one twin and one single with en-suite shower room and a family bathroom. There is a ground floor open-plan living room a fitted kitchen and dining area. Outside has an enclosed garden area furniture, a barbecue and fire pit and a terrace area with furniture. 2 Chequers Cottage is the perfect spot for exploring the South coast of Devon. Please note: This property does not accept Stag or Hen type party bookings

Kittiwake is a lovely comfy place with everything you need for a relaxing break. I loved watching the tide coming in and going out in the tidal car park! Thank you for the super homemade cake and for rushing around with a cafetiere on my first evening! I hope to go back in the future.
