The Hideout is a detached property situated on the outskirts of Whitchurch. This all ground-floor property comes with one double bedroom, sleeping up to two people and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. This review is written as England is slowly coming out of a third lockdown in April 2021.My wife and I had to cancel a week in Scotland as their lock down exit plan was too late for our booking. We booked The Hideout at shortish notice and have no regrets that we did. The cottage is pinned on Google...

We had a great time at the hideout, we used the pool a few times and the wildlife is amazing to watch. The hosts are really friendly and helpful. It’s a nice quite place. The pub is in walking distance and it has great meals. Thank you so much

Absolutely loved this place. Nice and peaceful with a swimming pool and great views over the countryside. Pet friendly so we could stay with our dogs and enjoy the nearby Forest of Dean. Great pub within walking distance or enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace or by the pool x
